I told him I had done all the things suggested and that I wanted my defective dispenser replaced. Then suddenly, the dispenser started pumping three to four portions of soap instead of just dispensing one. If the sensor detects someone other than yourself, please reset the sensor using the Reset button. The circuit board has to be slid out from the track that is holding it. Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly. In my case, moisture within the enclosure seemed to have rusted out the motor. This is just ONE site, and you see how many folks are having issues. It sounds like the plunger is getting jammed, that light trips when the tiny motor inside the soap dispenser can't complete a full revolution. I turned it off then left it off for a few seconds then turned it back on. So basically the only option now is to just buy a new one?? Replace the cap and shake vigorously to ensure no more leaks occur. Just needed a quick cleaning!! I have done what was said to do, changed batteries, cleaned the dispenser and it still keeps dispensing continuously.
